The KolayWhatsApp panel stores account email, instance ID, and WhatsApp Web session backup (Postgres, bytea). Send logs include direction, type, recipient, and credits; archiving chat bodies is not the product's job.

WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted on Meta's channel. This service is a Web session bridge.

The contact form is emailed when a Resend key is configured. Payments run through Stripe; card data never reaches us.
