KolayWhatsApp is a WhatsApp Web bridge and management panel. It is not Meta's official Cloud API product. Compliance with WhatsApp terms is the account holder's responsibility.

WhatsApp and its logo are registered trademarks of WhatsApp LLC / Meta. KolayWhatsApp is an independent TalyaSmart product; not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, WhatsApp LLC, or their affiliates. The word "WhatsApp" is used only to describe which messaging platform the service works with.

By using the service, you acknowledge that operations are designed not to interfere with WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption architecture and that you will not deliberately compromise WhatsApp security. Account security (QR pairing, device session) is your responsibility.

Quota, premium, and instance limits follow what the panel shows. First-instance premium rules may change — see Stripe / the pricing page for current amounts.

The API key is tied to an instance. If leaked, it enables sending on that line — rotate it in the panel.
