WhatsApp, the WhatsApp logo, and related assets are registered trademarks of WhatsApp LLC — an affiliate of Meta Platforms, Inc.

KolayWhatsApp is independent software operated by TalyaSmart Investment Yatırım A.Ş. We have no official partnership, distribution, endorsement, or sponsorship relationship with Meta, WhatsApp LLC, or their affiliates.

The name "KolayWhatsApp" is a product name under TalyaSmart's "Kolay" brand family describing a messaging bridge. It is not the official WhatsApp app, WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API), or any product offered by Meta.

The word "WhatsApp" on this site and in documentation is used to explain that the service works with the WhatsApp Web protocol, with respect for the trademark owner's rights.

End-to-end encryption & security commitment

WhatsApp messages are transmitted end-to-end encrypted (E2E) on Meta's infrastructure. KolayWhatsApp bridges the WhatsApp Web session you authorize via QR to a management panel and REST API.

We commit: KolayWhatsApp is not designed to break, disable, bypass, or undermine WhatsApp's E2E encryption, or to introduce known security vulnerabilities. Bulk archiving of message content or selling it to third parties is not a design goal.

Data we store is operational: account email, instance ID, WhatsApp Web session backup (for reconnection), send metadata (direction, type, recipient, timestamp, credits). Chat bodies are not permanently archived.

API and webhook integrations operate only within instances you authorize in the panel. Protecting your API key and pairing QR codes only on devices you trust is essential to account security.

User responsibilities

WhatsApp's terms of use, privacy policy, and applicable local laws remain your responsibility. Using KolayWhatsApp for spam, fraud, or illegal content distribution is prohibited.

By using the service, you acknowledge that KolayWhatsApp is an independent bridge, not Meta's official product, and that message security relies on WhatsApp's own architecture.
